This rustic stick was hand selected, dried for 6-8 weeks, straightened, sanded, and weather-proofed. Hickory is very strong yet has good tensile strength and will not break or snap under severe use. This staff is great for wilderness survival!
The staff should be 6-9″ above your elbow. Each is adjustable in height by removing the rubber tip and cutting off what is not needed.
